LSD/Acid

~ tab, blotter, smiley

What is it?

Lysergic Acid Diethylamide otherwise known as LSD or acid, is a potent hallucinogenic drug that is used in the party scene but more commonly in calmer recreational settings.

LSD in is produced in crystal form but is then converted into a clear, odourless liquid which is usually absorbed by paper “tabs” which is what the end user consumes.

It is frequently used by party goers and is also being trialed as a potential medicine as it provides a number of potential benefits

How do I take LSD?

LSD or Acid is a liquid usually taken orally. The substance is often absorbed by small paper squares, usually with some sort of artwork or design on them. Users then swallow or disolve these squares in their mouth. The reason for this is that a common dosage of raw LSD is so small that it’s almost invisable. LSD can also be injected or snorted.

Recommended dosage

Dosage is dependent on the desired experience.

The most common dosage of LSD for an infrequent user is 150ug (150 “mics”). This is a dosage where the user will experience all of LSD’s effects without feeling too overwhelmed.

Taking less than 150ug will mean less intensity and less visuals while taking more than 150ug will increase the intensity.

Doses of around 400ug and up can result in time distortions, loss of reality and a so called “ego death”.

Effects while under the influence

Note: Like other psychedelics, the effects of LSD will vary depending on factors such as the dosage, the individual’s surroundings, and their current mental state.
